Dr Allison Ward

MBBS(Syd), Dip Paed, DRACOG

Dr Allison Ward is vocationally registered with Royal Australian College of GP, and holds Diploma of Paediatrics & Diploma of Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She enjoys the experience in practising family medicine. Allison has special interest in women and child health, care of the elderly, management of mental health and chronic diseases. She is dedicated to general practice teaching and continuing professional development.

Dr Fadi Rassam

M.B.Ch.B, FRACGP

Dr. Rassam is an Australian trained General Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in practising medicine. He has a strong background in managing chronic diseases, men’s health, children’s health, and sports medicine. Additionally, he has expertise in diagnosing and treating skin cancers. Dr. Rassam is also knowledgeable about medicinal cannabis and is an authorised prescriber approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for patients who meet criteria such as chronic pain and anxiety.

Dr Humaira Ansari

BMedSc MBBS(Uni.Melb), FRACGP, Dip Child Health, Cert Women's Health

Dr. Ansari graduated with a medical degree from the University of Melbourne and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program (formerly the Diploma in Child Health). She holds a national certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health from Family Planning Australia (FPAA). Currently, Dr. Ansari is pursuing her Masters in Skin Cancer Medicine from UQ. Her professional focus spans diverse areas of general practice, with expertise in women’s health, sexual health, travel medicine, paediatric health assessments, cardiovascular risk assessments, and skin cancer diagnosis and prevention. Additionally, she is also skilled in the insertion and removal of Implanon contraceptive devices.

Dr James Lam

MBBS (Syd), FRACGP, Cert Skin Cancer

Dr James Lam graduated from Sydney University and has 19 years of experience in Medicine. He has been trained extensively in emergency, family medicine, general & plastic surgery, skin cancer, women’s health and paediatrics. He has worked for a number of hospitals in the Emergency Departments around Sydney and NSW. He had also been a doctor with the Australian Red Cross Blood Services.

Dr. Richard Oscar Chan

MBBS (The University of Melbourne 2001) FRACP Conjoint Lecturer UNSW

Dr. Chan is a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in the area of Geriatric Medicine. My philosophy has always been to deliver the highest quality healthcare I possibly can. This comes about for me through a strong foundation in training and a continual pursuit of knowledge and excellence. For my patients, this is achieved through a holistic approach and an individually tailored plan in a safe, caring and experienced environment. Bulk Billing available. I studied Medicine at the St. Vincent’s Hospital Clinical School of the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2001. After graduating, I worked at various hospitals affiliated with the University of Hong Kong and Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I was fortunate enough to complete my specialist physician training in Geriatric Medicine at Westmead Hospital and Liverpool Hospital. Now a consultant general physician and specialist geriatrician at Liverpool Hospital, I enjoy my clinical work as well as teaching and charitable trips to Myanmar and China. I am the Director of the Sydney Specialist Perioperative Medicine Group Pty Ltd and the Secretary and Deputy Chair for the Independent Clinical Governance Group Australia Pty Ltd for Aged Care and Disability services. I dedicate at least two weeks to work in a clinic in Guangzhou, China to provide medical service for patients rehabilitating from autism and developmental disorders. The return I get from this experience is beyond measure and keeps me grounded. I maintain my expertise by also keeping abreast of worldwide developments in General Internal Medicine, Aged Care and Rehabilitation and attending both Domestic and International Courses and Conferences.
