We are an appointment-based clinic, however in any urgent cases we are happy to see you without an appointment. For walk-in patients, please expect longer waiting times and arrive at the clinic prior to 4:00pm (subject to doctor availability).

We perform various medical, surgical and skin procedures. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the procedure. Doctors will be happy to discuss this with you prior to the procedure.

Covid-19 Prevention
Take steps to protect yourself
If you have respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms, please opt for telephone consultations. Face-to-face appointments require a negative PCR/RAT test within 72 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
International Students/Visitors (OSHC/OVC*):
Direct Billing to Insurers (no Gap Fee) for medical consultations if you have a valid OSHC/OVC*.
OSHC – Medibank, BUPA, Allianz, NIB, AHM, CBHS
OVC – BUPA (Annual Limits apply for ‘Lite’ Covers), Allianz (Visitors Plus), NIB/IMAN (Budget Cover excluded)
*Please bring your insurance card. If you do not have your card with you at the time of your appointment, you may be required to pay upfront at the clinic. A receipt will be provided at the end of the appointment for you to claim back with your insurer. Please note some services/procedures are charged privately (not directly billed) and may not be eligible for claiming or only eligible for partial claiming.
