Oxford Village Medical Centre remains a COVID-19 free environment. We are taking great measures to ensure that it remains that way for as long as possible. For this reason we are unable to take face to face appointments with patients who have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 infection.

We are an appointments based clinic, however in any urgent cases we are happy to see you without an appointment. For walk-in patients, please expect longer waiting times and arrive at the clinic prior to 5:00PM (subject to doctor availability).

This is a fully accredited medical centre under the standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also NSW Health Dept as an accredited Yellow Fever travel clinic.
OURFEES
Yes, Bulk Billing is available on all medical consultations for patients with a valid Medicare card. Additional fees apply for procedures including:
- Most skin cancer and flap procedures
- Minor trauma and skin repair
- Ingrown toe nail wedge excision
- Implanon insertion and removal
- IUD removal (we do not perform IUD Insertions)
- Cervical Screening Test (previously known as Pap Smear)
Fees vary depending on the complexity of the procedure. Our doctors will be happy to discuss with you prior to the procedure.
Please call to make an appointment for the above procedures and advise Reception in order for you to be allocated with the appropriate doctor.
International Students/Visitors(OSHC/OVC*):
OSHC- Medibank, BUPA, Allianz, NIB, AHM OVC – BUPA (Annual Limits apply for ‘Lite’ Covers), Allianz (Visitors Plus), NIB/IMAN (Budget Cover excluded)
Please bring your insurance card and ID. If you do not have your card with you at the time of your appointment, you may be required to pay upfront at the clinic. A receipt will be provided at the end of the appointment for you to claim back with your insurer.
PRIVATEPATIENTS
For those WITHOUT a valid Medicare card or OSHC/OVC* membership, our doctor’s fees are:
- Standard consult (<10 min) – $80
- Long consultation (up to 20 min) – $120
- Extended consultation (>20 min) – $160
- Please note:
- – A deposit will be charged upfront prior to your appointment with the doctor.
- – Consultation fees are per visit. Follow up visits, such as review of results are considered a separate visit. As such, a separate consultation fee is applicable.
- – Any additional services may incur additional fees (eg. ECG, Spirometry etc). This will be charged at the end of your appointment on top of the paid deposit.
- – Any pathology tests will incur additional fees. Please check the fees with the pathology collector.
